Welcome to Kitchen Danilo

Kitchen Danilo is where Somerset meets Italy! Chef patron Daniel Lay, who was born and raised in Bridgwater, has a commitment to local produce whilst maintaining his Italian heritage. He is committed to bringing you his 25 mile menu, meaning everything fresh is local too, with one exception, the seafood! This comes from the fish market in Brixham, Devon. Kitchen Danilo is designed to be a contemporary restaurant with traditional values. Serving fresh, local food with an Italian influence, we offer creative and aesthetically pleasing seating that allows for an intimate atmosphere in the cosiest corner of town!

Cider Braised Pig Cheeks

Served with a carrot puree and bathed in a rich pan Jus (GF)

Brixham Risotto

Local Brixham cod cooked in a pea risotto; Garnished with an Amalfi lemon (GF)

Chocolate Torte

Served with a crème fraiche and winter berries compote

Parking

The closest car park is located in Dampiet Street, just a 2 minute walk away. There is also free street parking directly opposite Kitchen Danilo, and throughout the town centre. These do not have restrictions or charges between 6pm and 8am.
